Cooperative Broker Commission
What would you like to offer agents that are working with buyers? To help make REALTOR® showings easy for you (not having to be there), will you be wanting to put on a lock box on the door which will allow REALTORS® access to a house key? This way they can arrange a showing if you are already out for the day etc. A lock box can be picked up at any hardware store for approx $40 and can certainly be worth it. Tips For Great Photos

  1. Pull cars out of the driveway.
  2. Garbage cans should not be visible in exterior shots.
  3. Remove all outside clutter; wrap hoses neatly, put away rakes, children’s toys, etc.
  4. Mow the lawn within 24 hours.
  5. Clear all surfaces, especially kitchen countertops and the top, front and sides of fridge.
  6. Get rid of any clutter on surfaces. Arrange books on bookshelves.
  7. Put toilet seats down. A minor detail, but makes a huge difference.
  8. All window blinds should be at 45-degree upward angle.
  9. Remove all toys and clothing from floors and surfaces, including pet food dishes.
  10. Vacuum all dust bunnies and remove stains throughout the home.
  11. Remove all family and personal photos.
